New Stryper album
Responses
This is the best news since Frequelize This came online. I’m a fan from grade school - mid-80’s - before I was “suposed” to like metal. My buddy Tony saw them last spring on their SoCal tour and said they were amazing. Glad to hear they’re putting out new music. Hopefully that “new” sound they’ve added will be for the good. Too often a “relic” band reunites with a new twist to their sound and screws it all up.
Other interesting facts not directly related to Stryper (which Jon told me this site is all about):
In the early 90’s, when Stryper broke up, Michael Sweet hit the road solo. His drummer was my buddy Jamie Wollam, who is currently the drummer for pop-rock band Avion. Small world.
